DESCRIPTION:Martha’s Care College proudly announces its first Matriculation Event\, a momentous occasion that officially welcomes new students into our academic community. This event marks the beginning of the educational journey for our newest cohort of cacregivers and sets the tone for their future success at our college. It is a time-honoured tradition that embodies our commitment to caregiving community\, and the personal growth of every student. \nWelcome Address\nThe event will commence with a welcome address from the College Chairperson. This address will highlight the college’s mission\, vision\, and values\, and inspire new students to embrace the opportunities and challenges ahead. \nKeynote Speaker\nOur distinguished Chancelor will deliver the keynote address. This speech aims to motivate and encourage students\, offering wisdom and guidance as they embark on their academic journey. \nOath of Matriculation\nOne of the most significant parts of the event is the Oath of Matriculation. Students will collectively take this oath\, pledging to uphold the values and standards of Martha’s Care College. \nFaculty and Staff Introductions\nStudents will be introduced to the college’s faculty and staff members. Each department head will provide a brief overview of their academic area\, the support services available\, and how they can assist students throughout their time at the college. \nDistribution of Academic Gowns and Caps\nAs a symbolic gesture of their new academic status\, students will receive their academic gowns and caps. This tradition underscores the formality and importance of their new role as scholars at Martha’s Care College. \nNetworking Reception\nThe event will conclude with a networking reception\, where new students can mingle with faculty\, staff\, and fellow students. Light refreshments will be served\, providing a relaxed environment for building new connections and fostering a sense of community. \nHow to Attend\nThe Matriculation Event is mandatory for all new students. Family members and friends are also welcome to attend and celebrate this significant milestone. Invitations will be sent to all incoming students.
